Club Rathdowne, the eighth of Villawood’s signature residents’ clubs offers resort-style pools all year round, a fully equipped gym for your sweat session, a hit of tennis, futsal or basketball at the sports courts, communal barbeques, entertaining spaces and more. Its a lifestyle like no other and one you can be apart of.

It is the social linchpin for newcomers to the 1000-lot master planned Rathdowne community –located between Craigieburn and Epping, a star performer in the Villawood stable and the jewel of Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.

Culprit Security was engaged by client side project manager Radar Projects, to assist with the security design brief for the club during the documentation and tender phase of the project. The guiding principle for the security design was to provide a safe and secure space for the Rathdowne community to enjoy, whilst not impacting the usability of the facilities.

Along side Harris HMC, Culprit Security were engaged to deliver to our design brief, along with Dry Fire and Audio Visual. The security brief was achieved using Inner Range Inception Alarm and Access Control, partnered with a Dahua CCTV system.
